Okay, here it is. Meeting Randy: My experience.
So, I arrived at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival around 10:30AM for the Backstage tour that was around 11. It turns out EVERYONE that went on the backstage tour (except for two people) was going on it hoping to spot Randy. Haha. I made some friends during that tour but unfortunately we didn’t spot Randy yet.
THE FIRST SEMI-MEETING
After the tour (since I had already staked out the backstage door) I showed all the fans I had met by the backstage door where it was. The women who had seen A Midsummer Night’s Dream the night before spotted a bunch of the actors from the play pulling into the parking lot so we decided to wait and see if Randy would show up. This is the first time I spotted Randy. He pulled in in a teal colored car a few minutes later (someone with dark hair was driving him. I assume it was Simon but I was too transfixed by Randy to pay attention.) Anyway, he was sprinting (well, more like frolicking. Seriously, the boy is so gay he doesn’t RUN he FROLICKS) to the backstage door. Immediately I called out his name. He yelled back “Hey guys!” So I asked if we could have an autograph. He said actually he was late and tried the backstage door which happened to be locked. He tugged on it and said, “They locked me out. Shit.” and started running to the side door. I then yelled to him and asked him if he’d be by the backstage door after the show. He yelled back, “Yes. I’ll be right here.” and disappeared around the corner. Guh, I was already in heaven and I hadn’t even seen the play or really MET him yet. Oh, also he was wearing a navy blue t-shirt and tight jeans that fucking hugged his ass. Oh my god, if you think his ass is amazing on TV you HAVE to see it in person. It’s like bigger and guh. God. He was also carrying a backpack and his hair was a dirty blonde color and around QaF Season 5 length.
THE PLAY
Next, I went to see the play. I was in row B and dead center. I would’ve taken pictures during it but the way the stage was set up was that it was almost level with the audience and there weren’t really lights shining in the actor’s eyes so I would’ve been easily caught. Anyway, the play was FABULOUS. It was most definitely the weirdest play I have ever seen though.
Lyslander was probably the most normal character in the play that he played. Cobweb (the fairy he played) was great. He wore a pink nightgown and walked around on his toes. Oh, and he liked hopped also… all the fairy’s did when the queen fairy told them to stop walking though. At one point when he was playing Cobweb he smiled and did the whole tongue-bite smile thing too. It was so fucking adorable.
During the play the play he also took off the nightgown and was back to playing Lyslander… in his boxers! Guh! They weren’t that thick either and I was so close to the stage I could see the outline of the head of his penis through the boxers. Ahahaha. My best friend noticed that too. I was like *drool*. And his ass in those boxers… GUH! So big… so pretty. Oh, also at one point while playing Lyslander it looked like he had this bulge in his pants too. It made me drool a lot. When the boy first took his shirt off too not too far into the play, I just about drooled all over myself. I also noticed a slight blonde happy trail… and the best muscles… and no underarm hair… and can I please keep him?
Ahem. Anyway, I’m getting off track.
The third character he played Flute (Thisbe), I have to say was the funniest. He was playing a man playing a woman so he had to speak in a high womanly voice for most of that part. It was fucking hilarious. I was rolling. At one poin the was switching from a high voice to a low voice and pretending he was puking up blood on his “lover”. It was great. He also wore a scarf on his head when Flute was playing Thisbe. Heh. And when he was performing in the “play” as Thisbe he… stuck his tongue through this guys fingers pretending to kiss his “lover” through the wall… and I really wanted those fingers to be mine. Le sigh.
A few of the characters also sang during the play but Randy only participated in a few group pieces which made me sad.
On a few side notes, at the very end of the play a male that was sitting in the balcony kept coughing at the end of the play and Randy kept smirking and looking up the balcony every time that person coughed. I was too distracted by him to look up an try to spot who it was though. Oh, also I was surprised when Randy actually ran onstage since, you know, he frolicks in real life. Aha.
THE REAL MEETING
I knew he was going to dart for the backstage door right after he got his costume off so while he and the other characters were bowing onstage I ran (along with my best friend Michael) to the backstage door. My mom also followed behind us about a minute later. Sure enough, about 5 minutes later he exited the backstage door.
Basically, here’s a transcript of our conversation:
Me: Randy! Hi! I’m Alison. (I then shook his hand, he has a soft handshake. Slightly effeminate, but not too light. Guh. And he was all smiles. Double guh.)
Randy: Hey!
Me: You did an amazing job today!
Randy: Thank you!
Me: Can I have an autograph… and a picture? (I was trying to flip through the program and find the page with his name on it but I was so nervous I kind of just thrust the program at him) Um. You can sign where you want. Yeah… the part where you spoke in that high voice was really funny. (God, I must’ve sounded idiotic. I couldn‘t even think of the name Thisbe)
Randy: Thank you.
Me: Yeah we drove all the way from Florida to see you.
Randy: Where in Florida?
My mom: We drove from Tampa.
Randy: How far is that?
Me: About 7 ½ hours… 430 miles.
Randy: Wow! Well thanks for coming!
Me: Of course! Would you mind if I had a picture with you now? (I probably giggled here. Ugh.)
Anyway, we then posed for a picture and I got as close to him as possible so our sides and arms were touching and guh. At one point right before the picture was taken I looked over at him and smiled and he looked over at me and smiled at me with that brilliant sunshine smile and I just about died right there. I didn’t though (ha) and Michael and my mom took the pictures of us and then he headed back to the car he arrived in, thanked us for coming, and said bye.
First, here's a picture of my best friend and I at the play before it started. I look so much better in this pic.
(фотку с подругой я не буду постить)
Guh. Here is a picture of Randy and I. I have more by the other ones are developed yet so I’ll post those ones later, though they’re practically the same as this one. Ignore how shitty I looked and just look at how beautiful Randy is. Yes. Guh. I’m still on cloud nine. Oh, and I might go see Amadeus now with two of the fans I met. Tehee.

God. Ew. Why did I have to look so bad? lmao. And I just have to add... my mom just pointed out it looks like we're holding hands, actually I thought of that earlier but yes. It really does, doesn't it? Hahaha. I wish. My mom just said "You two look like a couple!" Again... I wish. Ahaha. Oh Randy, why do you have to be gay?
Oh and here’s also a picture of his messy autograph.

I have this whole "Randy, will you have my babies?" look on my face and Randy just looks confused.
And another one of us. Those jeans are like God. Seriously. Too bad I didn't get a picture of his ass. But look at the crotch. Tight jeans are yum.
And guh. Again, I look so bad.
Ew. And fat. I swear I'm not that fat. :x
And my smile... just ew. Guh.
